How long does shipping take?
Typically, our custom shoe orders take 3-4 weeks to ship after order confirmation. For faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

We ship from Miami, Florida.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per pair.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS. However, if you provide a PO Box address, we may need to ship via USPS.

Once your order ships, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can track your package on the UPS or USPS website.
